• Handle the Gamut of HR functions end to end.

• You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.

• Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.

• Lead the implementation of performance management system, key result area (KRA), Key performance indicator (KPI) linked to the remuneration system.

• Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, data engineering approaches and trends (big data), and high interest to apply and further develop that knowledge

• Knowledge in collecting, structuring and summarizing requirements in a data warehouse environment

• Knowledge in turning requirements into data warehouse design artifacts (ETL framework design, data modeling, source-target-mapping, database optimizations)

• Thorough knowledge in SQL and relational databases

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as spark, hive, Snowflake or other within cloud available platforms

• Knowledge or willingness to learn cloud-based analytics

• Web Analytics

• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Teradata preferred

• Proficient with Tableau and other Data Visualization tools

• Strong working knowledge of process automation using a scripting language (R / Python)

• Solid understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and measurement methodologies

• Experience in big data technologies like Spark, Hive, Hadoop,

• Experience with enterprise grade cloud computing and orchestration

• Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP Certified

• Excellent hands-on experience on Entity Framework with data first modeling.

• Proven track record of designing complex applications

• Cloud app development experience.

• Experience in automating Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices for a highly scalable system

• Experience with Docker, Microservices and container deployment and service orchestration

• Experience with Blue-Green Deployment to reduce downtime and risk, provide continuous deployment and fast rollback

• Document implementation handbooks for highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments

• Provide problem resolution, reviewing and recommending process and procedure improvements, and facilitating communication between the Operations Teams and the Developers or Product Owners.

• Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).

• Configuration management using tools such as Chef and Puppet.

• Experience with Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Cloud formation)

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript.

• Hands on experience in UI Development and RWD.

• Hands on experience in application development using Angular.

• Expertise in designing reusable angular components, directives, and services.

• Knowledge in Unit and E2E Testing using Karma-Jasmine/Jest and Protractor.

• Knowledge in Web Services and APIs.

• Knowledge CSS pre compilers like Sass / LESS.

• Knowledge in Reactive Programming, Redux (NGRX) pattern and Node packages (NPM).

• Knowledge in Nx workspace and Angular workspace.

• Knowledge of engineering practices like CI-CD.

• Work with outside data sources and APIs
